From FaceBook. Wee cakes from a baker in Cellardyke. An individual lemon sponge topped with a generously thick layer of icing. They are called Sair-Heids because when they were first made, the plain paper wrapping around them looked like a bandage. Variants can be seen in local bakeries across Scotland.
